TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Buyer acknowledges and agrees that upon reserving a seat in Open Enrollment, Aircare International will incur certain costs and expenses in order to reserve a training space for the Buyer. As such, Buyer agrees to a one time non-refundable deposit to Aircare International in the amount of $300.00 (the “Deposit”).  This Deposit will be deducted from the final invoice, which together, will represent the full balance due to attend Open Enrollment.

Though the Deposit is non-refundable, in the event the Buyer needs to reschedule, the Deposit can be applied to a different Open Enrollment class for up to two years after the Deposit has been made.
