TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
To excel as a Corporate Flight Attendant, specialized training is essential. Our Initial Cabin Safety and Emergency Procedures Training is designed for those brand new to the industry with no previous aviation experience. To round out your training experience, please consider the Business Aviation Hospitality course and virtual ACE Career Workshop, which are designed to be taken in conjunction with this program. The training is a blend of online and in-person sessions, ensuring you gain both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience.
DAY-BY-DAY TRAINING OVERVIEW
Business Aviation Hospitality Training
The first day is dedicated to mastering the art of hospitality. Aircare FACTS®️ Training has partnered with Jamie Gibson, founder of Flightess, to bring you a new and fresh approach to Business Aviation Hospitality. BizAv Hospitality is the key to unlocking your personal brand of onboard service excellence. The 1-day course will cover fine dining service and choreography, luxury wine, champagne, and hot towel services. You’ll also learn about trip planning and coordinating catering, which are crucial skills to ensure that your passengers’ preferences are met.
Emergency Procedures Training - Introduction
The second day marks the beginning of your Emergency Procedures Training. The morning focuses on classroom learning, where you’ll explore the theoretical aspects of emergency procedures. You’ll learn about different emergency scenarios, the equipment used in business jets, and protocols for handling a variety of critical situations. This includes a half-day dedicated to understanding passenger briefings and effective communication with crew members. You will also have a lecture on emergency evacuations for both land and water scenarios.
In the afternoon, you’ll transition to hands-on training, applying the knowledge you’ve gained in real-time practice. Here, you will refine your skills in managing emergency evacuations, ensuring you’re prepared to respond effectively in any situation.
Emergency Procedures Training - Practical
On the third day, you’ll put theory into practice with extensive hands-on training. You’ll participate in simulated emergency evacuations on both land and water, gaining real-world experience using actual emergency equipment. The day also includes live fire training, where you’ll learn how to extinguish fires on board, a critical skill in ensuring passenger safety.
In addition, you’ll receive medical training, which includes CPR and AED certification through the American Heart Association. You'll learn about hypoxia and high-altitude awareness, essential for understanding how to care for passengers at altitude. The day also involves reviewing emergency evacuations, with more time for training assets to practice evacuation procedures. You’ll then head to the pool for water ditching exercises, practicing with the slide and raft, and learning survival techniques, including search and rescue methods in a water environment.
Crew Resource Management
The fourth day focuses on enhancing communication, decision-making, and teamwork among the crew, with an emphasis on managing threats, errors, and fatigue. You'll also cover business aviation and personal security, ensuring safety both on and off the aircraft. Inflight fire and smoke training, led by first responders, will include live fire exercises to prepare you for real-world emergencies. This final day of training also includes the last round of evacuation training.
Achieving Excellence Workshop (ACE)
The final day is dedicated to the ACE Career Development Workshop. This workshop covers the business side of corporate aviation, including how contracting works, resume writing, interview skills, marketing, and networking. You’ll also receive personalized coaching from our instructors, who are current or former Corporate Flight Attendants with extensive industry experience.

Optional Hospitality Training:
Our optional Business Aviation Hospitality Training is designed to compliment your emergency procedures training. - Tuition: The full Initial Emergency Procedures & Business Aviation Hospitality Training program is $4,995, or $3,995 if you opt for the Initial Emergency Procedures Training only. For those transitioning from commercial aviation, the Commercial to Corporate Emergency Training + ACE Career Workshop is $2,995, with an additional $1,000 for the optional Hospitality Training.
- Deposits and Payment: A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required at the time of registration, which can be transferred to another class if needed. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the first day of class.
